5th May - MS CHARITY COFFEE MORNING
Fresca Restaurant hosted yet another charity coffee morning on Friday the 4th of May. A coffee morning with a special selection of home-baked cakes which raised more than £800 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Linda Higgins organised the event with some of her friends. It was one of a series of Cake Break fundraisers taking place in aid of MS research across the country. As well as selling cakes, tea and coffee, there was also a fundraising raffle, with prizes including a meal for two at Fresca. Read more...
5th April - FRESCA LAUNCES AN EXCLUSIVE BRAND NEW COCKTAIL MENU
Join Fresca as we celebrate our NEW and exclusive Cocktail menu, complete with glitz and glamour for a charity evening that you will not forget!
In partnership with the GEM Appeal, Fresca are putting on a fantastic evening of food, dancing, prizes and of course our classy new Cocktails!! Dig out your best black and/or red outfits and dress to impress on Thursday 5th April at 8pm.
The GEM Appeal are a fantastic organisation funding research into finding cures for Genetic and Metabolic Disorders. We at Fresca are more than delighted to be working with GEM to help continue to raise the necessary funding for this important cause.

Auction and Raffle: As 100% off the proceeds raised go to The GEM Appeal, we are putting on our very own auction and raffle for you to get your hands on some great items.

21st February - FRESCA WINS THE ROTARY CLUB, CHARITY PANCAKE RACE
Fresca hosted yet another charitable event in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Saddleworth where Restaurants, Pubs, Inns are taking part in this novel charity fund raising Pan Cake Race.
The 2012 competition winner is Fresca Team, wining its second consecutive trophy. Our Chefs, Blaine R Harrison and Besmir Mujo ran to victory in Saddleworth's second charity pancake race. They beat off strong competition from other chefs and staff from local businesses to walk off with a specially-engraved copper pan.
