Service Charge / Tipping Policy

AAt Fresca all employees receive at least National Minimum Wage. Tips and service charge are paid in addition to National Minimum Wage.

A discretionary 10% service charge applies to parties of 6 and over.

100% of any cash, credit card tips and service charge paid is distributed to employees in the restaurant through the company's payroll system.
